We have used our best endeavours to give absolute security to your online dealings with us.  The Secure Sockets Layer technology locks all information that you pass to us in an encrypted envelope.  You will know when you enter a secure page with a secure icon appearing on your browser and the page identified by its URL ‘https://’. 

Privacy

We are fully committed to protecting your privacy.  Any personal information that you provide will be used to process your order and is protected by our secure server. Electronic footprints we collect automatically online is information such as the number of visitors to our site, which pages you visited, how long you were there.  The information that we receive from you or your computer (when you access our site) will only be used to enhance our service. Personal information such as your website address will be erased regularly. We are not involved in the selling, trading or alternative unauthorised use of personal information.  We will not pass on your personal details to any other organisation.  There may be times we need to provide to third parties statistical information about our site or our sales.  This will be in the form of aggregated results and will not include information about any individual or that will identify any individual.

Delivery

We ship most orders of in-stock products within 48 hours of order processing.  We always try to ensure prompt delivery of your order but there may be times when, despite our best efforts, parcels are delayed in the delivery process.

Availability

We make every effort to fill orders.  In certain circumstances, we may underestimate the demand and cannot get enough of a product in stock in a timely fashion.  We will contact you if a product is no longer available or we expect a longer than usual delay to fill your order.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are dissatisfied with your order, you may return it within 2 weeks of receipt for a REFUND or EXCHANGE.    The following conditions apply:

1 If the product is defective or we send you the wrong product, we will, at your option, refund both the product price and delivery charges or exchange it for another product without any additional delivery charges to you
2If you no longer wish to purchase the product, we can only, at your option, refund the product price or exchange it for another product but you will be responsible for the additional delivery charges.
3If there is a difference in the price of the products being exchanged, we will either refund or charge you for the difference.  
4The product must be returned in a saleable condition.  It is your responsibility to repack the product carefully to prevent damage in transit.

Duties and Taxes

If the delivery address is outside of Australia, any and all taxes and duties, including value added taxes and import duties will be assessed by your local customs office and will be billed separately to the overseas recipient.  Please contact your local customs office for information on taxes, duties and restricted imports.

Liability

You understand that any purchase brings with it certain inherent risks.  You agree that The Clean Mills shall not be held responsible for any damages or losses of any kind due to anything you purchase from The Clean Mills and that our maximum liability to you is the amount you paid for your order.

Terms and Conditions

The above terms and conditions, as amended and posted on this web site from time to time by The Clean Mills, constitute an agreement between The Clean Mills and you.  You may not unilaterally amend them without the prior written consent of The Clean Mills.  If you purchase anything from The Clean Mills, your order is acknowledgment that you agree to the terms and conditions that are posted on this web site at the time of your order.
